Embodying Resilience

The traditional Japanese proverb, “Fall seven times, get up eight,” highlights the resilience and perseverance many of us find is needed now. The current tough times in our nation, in our community, and, for many of us, in our minds and souls challenge us to remain hopeful. This Sunday’s service, from the Soul Matters series presented by Susan Kaphammer, offers the opportunity to pause, to reflect, and to open ourselves to the power of community and love that can sustain our efforts.
